Description
Panic Grass is a very ornamental millet grass. The plants have long grass like leaves & a neat clumping habit. They are prized for their large 6 - 8" drooping flower & seed clusters. They start out green & turn to a beautiful reddish purple over a long bloom season. The seed heads look wonderful in dried in arrangements if you can fight off all the birds. Ha ha! Birds absolutely love millet seed, & will visit the heavily laden heads often. Grow them in containers near windows for a great close up view!
