Description
The Bottlebrush Grass is a native of US & Canada that gets its name because its seed heads look like bottlebrushes. It reseeds & spreads a bit to form colonies. Not minding shade, you can plant Bottlebrush grass under trees. The plants are deer resistant, & they are a larval host for the Northern Pearly Eye butterfly.
